This is Mahindra's ecommerce project for commercial load aggregator: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identify and understand concerns & problems faced by the Load Giver & Load Taker and report them in prescribed format 2. Provide suggested solutions as per training given 3. Resolve differences and misunderstanding amongst the LG/LT 4. Handhold & guide for effective engagement- strives to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Collect the missing documents and update the system.
