Front End Developer

Job description for Front End Developer We are looking for a great JavaScript Front End developer with proficiency in React.js. Your primary focus will be a member of an IT project development team and will work on user interface, components, forms, including implementing the code using well-known workflows and Best Practices. You will ensure that the overall application is robust, secure and easy to manage and maintain. Responsibilities ● Developing new user-facing features using React JS based on the requirement documents. ● Building reusable components and front-end libraries ● Maintain and improve company website ● Optimizing components for performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. ● Connecting front-end forms with 3rd party Rest API’s ● Create quality mock-ups and prototypes ● Fully versed for using CRUD functionality ● Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability ● Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design. ● Should be a great team member. Skills required: ▪ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model ▪ Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles ▪ Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux, Redux, Axios etc.) ▪ Familiarity with newer specifications of JSX ▪ Familiarity with using RESTful APIs. ▪ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into Front End screens ▪ Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git ▪ Should be able to use Bootstrap, React-Bootstrap, Material-UI for responsive website/app Compensation: Suitable compensation would be given based on experience and nature of engagement (Part time / full time). Full time role is preferred.
