The objective of the Talent Development Program is to learn all areas of our business within 6 month. Within Globibo 4 key functions are Sales, Delivery, Business Development and Administration/Finance. The Candidate will work in all 4 areas over the time of the program. SALES Lead Management – 20% • Identify potential Leads, Contact Leads, Coordinate quotations, Follow up on potential opportunities Customer Multiplication & Affiliate Program – 10% •Promote affiliate program and increase referrals DELIVERY Resource Quality - 10% • Identify and assess service providers & partners Project Coordination - 10% •Project Management and Follow up, Problem management, Manage customer interaction, Administration for Language Courses, e.g. material printing, course coordination Material & Approaches - 10% • Improve spectrum and usability of material BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Support new Business Development projects – 20% • Conceptualization, Implementation & Review of new initiatives ADMINISTRATION / FINANCE General Tasks – 20% • Day-to-day admin tasks
