**Key Responsibilities:** - Talk to customers - everyone at Tetro early team does. - Ideate, experiment & iterate over strategies to drive user acquisition through various channels (organic, paid, partnerships, etc.). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design & engineering) to implement growth experiments and features. - Analyse user data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving acquisition and activation metrics. - Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives to boost user acquisition. - Speak to a hundred users every fortnight. Execute growth campaigns. - Work with founders closely on demand planning. **What's in it for me?** - You'll be one of the earliest members in the team. - Experience how 0-1 consumer brand is built. - Explore and acquire new skills along with building depth in your desired field of work. **Qualifications:** - You have past experience of selling something digitally & know how to grow communities. - Good understanding and approach to identifying first 1000 customers and where customers hangout both online and offline. - First principle thinking, understanding user needs and translating it into actionable growth plans. - You have worked or know well about running performance Ads, SEO will be a plus. - You know the pulse of social media and Youtube and you can execute influencer campaigns. - Familiar with using no-code tools and can tinker with Google Sheets well. - You can take decision on narrative of marketing copies and have a good eye for copy & design.
