The Head of operations, Mumbai would essentially execute all plans and ideas as provided to him by the CEO of Community Code. He or she would be required to materialise the monthly events held by Community Code, ensure that Community Code\'s day to day workings are occurring smoothly by coordinating work between the various departments, and essentially be the one taking a reasonable call on Community Code\'s day to day functioning in Mumbai.
Community Code is a not-for-profit that covers and writes about the work being done by various non-governmental organizations in Mumbai and Kolkata, acting as a newsroom for social change. They also connect volunteers with their partnered NGOs, connecting the youth body to the NGOs that are actively working towards changing all the social evils that plague us. Community Code also organizes various events, their key event being 'Hairat'. This event includes an NGO fair where students, teachers, and parents can interact with various NGOs in order to learn about their work; a cultural competition where school students from over 15 schools in Mumbai perform pieces centred around social issues and an NGO case conference where college students from all over the country can analyze the work of 8 NGOs in order to come up with a plan of action for a campaign of theirs, which would be implemented by the NGO.
