Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Boosting the productivity and capacity of our core team across various disciplines 2. Ideating and working on important assignments - cutting edge product development, strategic tasks & responsibilities, internal & external relations, etc. 3. Sourcing candidates from various job portals, screening them and scheduling face-to-face interviews 4. Coordinating with consultant partners in sourcing candidates 5. Researching and drafting comprehensive employee manual, HR policies and guidelines 6. Ensuring compliance with EPFO, ESI, minimum wages, and other applicable policies
