HR Intern (Corporate Social Responsibilty)

Responsibilities: Assist the HR Head in execution of CSR activities of the NGO Coordinate with corporate, educational institutions & hotels for blood donation drives. Conduct orientation sessions for new volunteers to familiarize them with the organization's mission. Coordinate volunteer schedules, assigning and delegating tasks to volunteers based on their skills, interests, and availability, ensuring that work is distributed effectively. Maintain accurate records of volunteer information, hours worked, and accomplishments for reporting and recognition purposes.
