Key responsibilities: Some of the broad responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Sourcing candidates for various roles from different sources like LinkedIn, Updazz, Naukri, etc • Aligning interviews with the hiring team • Supporting HR team with various HR operations that include but is not limited to: o Conducting surveys o Creating organization charts o Creating HR presentations o Documenting processes o Reviewing and researching policies o Employee connect and activities • Sharing and educating HR team on good HR practices Skills, Educational qualification, Experience and who you are: • Pursuing final year of your post-graduation (any stream) or have completed post-graduation • Available for full time for 3 months • Good English language verbal and written communication skills • Have energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn something new • Worked on Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Have a laptop/computer, mobile connection and internet
