Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Intern. We are seeking an experienced HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. She will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities -Source potential candidates from different job portals (Such as Job Hai, Indeed, Apnahire, Shine, Workindia, etc.) -Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications -Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates -Design and update job description -Excellent problem solving skills and critical thinking -Strong communication skills -Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with candidates -Contact companies to inquire about available openings in their company -Maintain attendance record of the employees Qualifications -Preferred Qualification- BBA/MBA -Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role -Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices -Sound Judgment -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Require Female Candidates
