Employee Life Cycle Management, Recruitment, etc Job Description: 1. You are expected to handle the end-to-end recruitment process for all the 3 departments (research/sales/marketing) by identifying potential employees and maintaining a prospect database. 2. Conduct various HR events (month-end parties/birthdays/events) in the interest of the firm, so as to engage the employees and provide them with the proper work culture. 3. Taking daily attendance, Co-ordinating with the finance team and preparing the pay slips along with transferring the month end salaries. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for employee relations 2.
