Internship Overview: We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources. This internship will provide you with real-world experience in recruitment, candidate management, and other HR functions. If you perform well during the internship, you will have the opportunity to be appointed as an HR Trainee with a salary of ?10,000 + incentives per closing. An internship letter will also be provided upon completion. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements. Assist in onboarding new employees and documentation. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Handle basic HR administrative tasks. Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment strategies. Requirements: Freshers preferred – passionate and eager to build a career in HR. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
