Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals. Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on specified criteria and job requirements. Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial communication with candidates, including scheduling interviews, providing information about the company and job opportunities, and answering candidate inquiries. Interview Coordination: Assist in coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process. Candidate Assessment: Support the recruitment team in conducting candidate assessments, including skills testing, behavioral interviews, and reference checks. Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
