A recruiting intern is responsible for assisting in the recruiting processes, identifying potential candidates, and supporting on onboarding procedures. Recruiting interns will be creating job postings on the organization's job boards and other online platforms under the guidance of tenured recruitment staff, ensuring the accuracy of qualifications and requirements based on the guidelines set by the clients. They would be scheduling interviews, screen resumes, and collect other requirements from the successful candidate. > Strong verbal and written communication skills. > Excellent computer skills. > Very good attention to detail. > Strong interpersonal skills. > Must have LAPTOP.
