About the work from home job/internship Stipend: Total Amount of 6,000 will be paid after the completion of the internship. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Working on end to end recruitment 2. Handling recruitment at all levels 3. Making 30-40 recruitment calls per day 4. Calling, shortlisting, and coordinating with the candidate 5. Screening the candidates CVs via job portals 6. Shortlisting and scheduling for job interviews 7. Counseling & convincing the candidates 8. Searching suitable profile of the candidate using job portals 9. Learning how to create & send JDs, interview call letters, reminder emails, and rejection emails 10. Learning how to create MS Word CVs in client's preferred format 11. Maintaining and preparing daily Excel sheets 12. Calling and following up with the candidates till joining
