Roles: 1. Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet hiring goals across all levels within multiple teams 2. Writing company policies and implement across the organization 3. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals 4. Coordinating for onboarding & joining formalities & record keeping 5. Screen candidates resumes, job applications and taking interviews Desired Profile: 1. Preferably female candidates. 2. Good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills The role is not only restricted to recruitment but will also involve HR operations and Compliance as well. Eligibility: 1. Graduation / post graduation in any specialization. Any certification/diploma in human resources will be preferred.
