Job Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and hiring tasks, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Assist with organizing and coordinating fundraising efforts for Suvidha Foundation's social campaign. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant and employee information in the organization's HR database. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed. Duration: This is a part-time, work-from-home internship that will last for two months. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a college or university program in human resources or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Passionate about social causes and making a positive impact in the community.
