Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Part of HR Team for Leadership and Lateral hirings Understanding job descriptions and client organisations and industry in which they operate Screening resumes through various portals and sources. Taking telephonic round of interviews and assessing candidates for various roles. Shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews Meeting TAT for HR assignments Maintaining MIS for every assignment and project Coordination with client HR heads and their teams
