HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities • Assist with screening resumes and applications with Sr Recruitment Consultants. • Assist with recruitment activities and coordination which may include meeting compliance. • Collect, update and maintain the database of recruitment. • Help in preparing Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents. • Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects. • Plan, Call and coordinate interviews with candidates. • Prepare Daily reports and update the hiring to superiors/ mentors. • Provide support in administering HR Activities. • Fulfil tasks set out by CEO and Mentors/superiors. • Attend meetings and take minutes. • Perform tasks and complete the given work at a supervisor's request. Requirements • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Solid organizational skills and exceptional attention to details • Working knowledge of MS Office or database systems, • Excellent planning and organizational skills. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. • Strong work ethics. • Good time management skills. • Ability to work independently.
