Internship – Operations – 3 months

Job Description: As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the operations team to support day-to-day activities, streamline processes, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will get the opportunity to learn about logistics, project management, data analysis, and more, gaining exposure to the operational backbone of the company. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and help improve workflows. • Support the tracking of project progress and report on key performance metrics. • Help in the preparation and maintenance of operational reports and data analysis. • Coordinate between different departments to ensure timely execution of tasks. • Assist in managing inventory and supply chain logistics. • Provide administrative support for scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing documents. • Help identify inefficiencies in current operations and suggest solutions for process improvements. • Contribute to the implementation of new operational strategies and tools. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Current enrollment in a degree program (preferably in Event Management or related field) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and in teams. • Strong organizational skills and time management.
