As an IT Recruiter intern, you will be involved in the full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation, and closing and collecting the requirements from the respective account manager. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Analyzing the requirement and understanding what type of person the client is looking for their opening 2. Searching and sourcing potential candidates on job portals and also various groups, free sites, and niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and GitHub by applying appropriate search strings 3. Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes 4. Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities 5. Interviewing candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions to determine their qualification and appropriate match with client needs 6. Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates 7. Promoting the company's reputation as a great place to work 8. Submitting candidates to the client 9. Ensuring timely communication with candidates regarding their qualifications and rate/salary negotiation, relocation, etc
