About the role: Every year, over 100 Fellows support Pollinate Group’s mission toempower women and their communities in India and Nepal by contributing their skills to various organisational projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing and planning Student Fellowship Program – including (but not limited to) the following activities: 1) Plan all on ground activities and experiences for the fellows. Plan field visits, assist in language translation and help with data collection on the field. 2) Plan and execute travel plans that the fellows must take within the city to the communities. 3) Coordination of multiple field visits with other local fellows and work on conducting debrief sessions. 4) Conduct program feedback with participants on a weekly note to understand what changes can be made. Qualifications and Skills ? You must display a willingness to work closely with disadvantaged communities, and a passion for social business and transforming the lives of those who are most in need. ? Excellent written and spoken English skills and 1 other regional language Kannada is a must. ? Ability to engage with multiple fellows, teams, and coordinate/schedule field visits. ? Flexible, adaptable to change, and responsive at all times with a can-do attitude. ? High organisational skills ? Demonstrated problem solving skills. Preferred candidate: 1) MSW Student/BA student. 2) Must know the regional language of the city they are applying from. Language proficiency is an advantage 3) Must be willing to travel within the city. 4) Must be available for 1 month with no interruptions.
