JOB SUMMARY – The ideal candidate will be a current student with at least a basic understanding of food preparation and some commercial kitchen experience. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY Conduct on-site market research at various food service establishments to understand potential for egg-replacer adoption. Perform face-to-face interviews and surveys with chefs, bakers, and food service managers to gather insights on current practices and openness to new products. Collaborate with senior management to share findings and inform the innovation process. Engage with potential customers to discuss the benefits of our egg-replacer product and gather feedback. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall market research capabilities of the organization. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience in market research and contribute to an impactful project. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in a Food Science, Culinary Arts, Catering, hotel management,? or a recent graduate within the last 12 months. Strong preference for candidates with hands-on food preparation experience within a commercial kitchen environment (this can include commercial kitchen experience that was part of your college schedule). Prior experience in market research, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi and/or Hindi, with the ability to engage effectively with industry professionals. Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic team Must be willing to travel to various locations for on-site research.
