Responsibilities include: · Vendor Management · Competitors list · Customers market analysis · Tracking, sending and responding emails through MS Outlook. · Using CRM tools for managing various Projects. · Engaging and communicating on a daily basis with clients through emails and Phone calls. · Coordinating with various teams (electrical, structural, design) in different phases of project development to meet the client deadlines. · Must strive for continuous process improvements and assist in the automation of processes. Required skills: · Must be a MBA graduate · Should possess good spoken and written (English) communication skills · Should have good exposure in MS Office, MS Outlook and internet/emailing process · Should give attention to details and be a quick learner.
