We are hiring a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive business sales and marketing operations for www.neevn.in and www.fireya.co.in. The ideal candidate must have experience in business development, digital marketing, and client outreach. A 2-wheeler is required for this role to facilitate on-field activities. We offer commissions, bonuses, and sales incentives based on performance. Job Location: 2nd Floor, Vipul Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development Identify and approach potential clients to grow business opportunities. Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and referrals. Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth, earning bonuses and commissions. Digital Marketing Support Manage and update social media platforms and post promotional content. Run ad campaigns and monitor performance metrics (Google Analytics, etc.). Support SEO activities, including keyword research and content updates. Client Communication and Coordination Draft professional emails and business proposals. Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and clients through timely follow-ups. Assist in scheduling meetings and presentations for business prospects. Learning and Development Stay updated with the latest marketing and sales trends. Be open to new responsibilities and challenges as the role evolves. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Experience in sales, business development, and digital marketing. Proficient in English (written and verbal). Must own a 2-wheeler for field visits and sales activities. Commission, bonuses, and performance-based incentives will be provided. Immediate joiners are preferred.
