Job Description: We are seeking an Analyst Intern to support our team with documentation management, communications, and outreach activities. The Analyst Intern will play a crucial role in assisting with document preparation, email correspondence, and cold calling efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in and develop valuable skills in research, analysis, and communication. Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of documents, reports, and presentations. Manage email correspondence with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Conduct cold calling activities to generate leads, schedule appointments, and gather information as directed by the team. Assist with data entry, data analysis, and data validation tasks to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Perform research and gather relevant information from various sources to support decision-making and analysis. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and record-keeping as needed. Collaborate with team members to support project deliverables, deadlines, and objectives. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct at all times. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required. Contribute ideas, suggestions, and feedback to improve processes, workflows, and team effectiveness. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email and internet research tools. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges. Prior experience with document management, email correspondence, or cold calling is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
