MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

Responsibilities ● Create compelling content / stories for social media posts / mailers In addition as well as think of ways to leverage photos, graphics, and videos that bring our stories to life, and tell stories on their own for PR and marketing purposes. ● Assist full-time staff with day-to-day operations and event planning ● Assist in the nomination/application and voting process ● Coordination on calls and mails and assist in answering inquiries about iVolunteer Awards ● Create small video and photography projects for social media promotions ● Assist the Marketing department with grassroots promotional efforts ● Spread the word / brochures and posters among the targeted communities/institutes/organisations/participants. ● Assist with the set-up and breakdown of events both on-site and in the office ● Assist with the management for producing/brainstorming creative ideas for and keeping the content fresh. ● Research relevant stories and articles, dig data to be featured in our PR, website or social media stories ● Write articles and press releases related to iVolunteer and people participating in them
