Key details regarding the job: • Job Title: Marketing Associate • Location: Indore (Work from Office) / Work from home (online) • Nature: Part Time • Duration: 3 to 4 hours per day • Working Days: 6 days a week (except Sunday) • Joining Date: November 28, 2021 • Probation Period: 3 months • Contract and Commitment: 12 months (including the probation period) Roles and responsibilities: As a Marketing Associate at Aatma Prakash, your role and responsibility will entail the following - • Performing digital inbound marketing. • Creation of content, and designing graphics. • Research about the current marketing trends and development of strategy for the organizational requirements. • Ensure presence of the organization on all social media platforms, and management of social media. • Ensure strategic outreach of the organizational needs, along with mental health journals. • Oversee partnership with external organizations from a marketing standpoint. • Develop strategies for engagement of stakeholders. • Participate in and initiate reflective brainstorming sessions as and when the need arises. • Actively support the planning and documentation of session flow and reports for key events/projects. • Carry out all the processes in accordance with the prescribed routines and guidelines of the American Psychological Association (A.P.A.). • Work speedily in a tight schedule while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards raising awareness, offering training. • Supervise and train a team of volunteers/interns/fellows throughout the tenure. • Initiate, build and sustain close working relationships with other employees, stakeholders, partners, and other mental health institutes/professionals.
