Job Title: Marketing Intern (Remote) Location: India, Remote Duration: 3 months Stipend: Based on performance Job Description: As a marketing intern, you will play a vital role in helping us to promote the application and grow our community. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns on social media and other channels. You will also help to create and grow communities around the app and assist with the community onboarding process. We are looking for interns who are passionate about esports and gaming, and who have a strong interest in marketing. You should also have excellent writing and communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. We offer a performance-based stipend and the opportunity to learn from and work with experienced professionals in the esports industry. Skills and Qualifications: • Student from any recognized college or university • Strong interest in esports and gaming • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms & experience with social media marketing. • Creative and innovative thinking • Excellent writing and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Some proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel etc) Roles and Responsibilities: • Working on lead generation and conversion (searching for Community owners and players interested in gaming and Esports). • Ensure smooth Onboarding process for Community owners and players. • Help to create and grow communities around the app. • Achieving & completing assigned targets within a specific period. • Designing and creating marketing materials & posting them on various social media platforms. • Creating & organising unique promotional events. • Develop and implement strategies to increase app downloads and engagement. • Conducting market research and competitive analysis and analysing marketing data and reports. • Other duties as assigned.
