Milaap Fellowship

The Milaap Fellowship Program provides graduates /young professionals the platform to make an impact. It gives you six-months to live, experience and contribute to an important cause while documenting inspiring stories of change. Milaap is offering a full-time position designed to increase our impact and provide Fellows with a unique insider experience. We are now accepting applications for our 8th batch starting July 2017! Milaap is providing driven, socially responsible students and young professionals a full-time position in rural,semi-urban, and urban regions. Our Fellows become the eyes and ears for Milaap on the ground. As a Fellow, you will be stationed with one of Milaap’s trusted Field Partners in rural and semi-urban locations, to witness the ground reality of micro-finance closely. What this means on a day-today basis: 1. Going on field visits to meet borrowers funded by Milaap to see the utilization of funds and write corresponding updates for lenders 2. Writing compelling stories for borrower profiles to go up as loan stories for our lenders to read and contribute to on the website 3. Monitoring Field Partner processes by conducting regular documentation audits
