Designation: Network Development Executive Department: Healthcare Required Work experience: Fresher / 1 yr Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Management: - Assist in the setup and execution of field marketing campaigns to improve LL’s network of doctors, hospitals and clinics. - Pitching the benefits of joining LL networks - Onboarding (Empanelling) the doctors, clinics and hospitals on LL network - Handle queries raised by them - Share Daily report of visits planned, done, completed, visits successful, follows, etc 2. Campaign and Visits Execution: - Ensure proper execution of campaigns or visits planned. - Maintain lead data, ensure visits and follow- ups are completed on schedule. - Meeting targets set for the above 3. Cross-functional Support: - Collaborate with the backend teams to provide ad-hoc support as required. 4. Brand Awareness Brainstorming: - Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve Livlong's brand awareness through various activities. 5. Engagement Activities: - Engagement with the existing or onboarded HCPs to increase brand reach. - Focus on ensuring queries are handled at FPOC Skill Set (Technical and Soft skills) Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Proficiency in MS Office and Gsuite. 3. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, well-organized, and capable of connecting project objectives with execution details. 4. Positive attitude and a growth mindset to explore what works, what doesn't, and why. 5. Ability to build cross-functional relationships with various teams. 6. Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
