Incident Management: Responsible for managing & supporting core Network Infrastructure of Client Installation and management of/on Cisco ASA and Checkpoint and nexus switches. Should work on 50% of teams average tickets. Check the status of security policy and rules on Security devices. Troubleshoot Security and IPSEC VPN issues and other local LAN issues. Network infrastructure installation, configuration, operation and maintenance. Manage network performance improvements. Follow the SLAs and procedures already defined. Ensuring maximum network uptime as per SLA. Assist TL to perform Quality audits & reporting Good knowledge of core networking & security tools and technologies ( Specially Checkpoint, ASA) Experience in configuration and deployment of Network and Security solutions and processes. Should have hands on knowledge in security, routing and switching technologies. Experience in multiple implementation projects. Ability to relate to architecture, process and workflows demand for business and technology layers. Working with peer engineers, architects and teams to complete assigned projects in defined timeframe. Problem Management: Understand the root cause of problems and provide solution for the same. Excellent Problem Solving Skills. Involve / co-ordinate with multiple teams to identify root cause and corrective action. Interpersonal Skills: Train & mentor new joinees Process specific training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be a team player. Documentation Process & Technical documentation. Responsible for documenting network changes and designs and validate with customer/onshore teams. Technical Skills & Certification : Good Work Experience and Knowledge on Routing, Switching & Security (especially Checkpoint and ASA Firewall). Certification CCNA ( R&S), CCNA (Security).
