NRI Outreach Internship

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic NRI Outreach Interns to join our team for the “Billion Dreams” Hiring Event. As an NRI Outreach Intern, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), promoting our hiring event, and participating till Sep 23rd, 2023. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with NRIs through various communication channels, Social media Job boards and encourage their participation in the event. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in event promotion, communication, and networking within the NRI community. Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify potential NRIs who may be interested in job opportunities in India. - Utilize various communication channels, such as email, social media, and online forums, to reach out to NRIs and promote the Billion Dreams Hiring Event. - Engage with NRIs and generate interest in the event. - Respond to inquiries and provide information about the event, including its purpose, agenda, and benefits. - Maintain accurate records/database of outreach activities, including contact details and responses received. - Collaborate with the Team Leads of GTX to develop promotional materials and strategies targeted towards NRIs. - Calling candidates as GTX team will provide the Database - Monitor and share the daily updates to the Team Leads. Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds. -Willing to work on LinkedIn most of the time. - Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential NRI candidates. - Familiarity with various communication platforms and social media channels. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Knowledge or interest in the NRI community and job market in India is a plus.
