Office Manager - Operations Role

1) Order Coordination & Operational Support: Manage Bigship portal, book porters, collect enquiry details, and confirm with on-ground staff. 2) Marketing & Content Creation: Execute WhatsApp/email marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and support payment collection. 3) Transport Vendor Sourcing: Identify and coordinate with transport vendors, buses, and warehouses for efficient logistics. 4) AI Tool Utilization: Leverage LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) for task automation, content generation, and process optimization. 5) Ad-Hoc Tasks: Prepare data, update e-way bills, create and share invoices/LRs, and handle additional operational tasks.
