Generate 5-8 quality prospects a day and schedule about 3 demo per day with a pipeline of Rs 1 lac per day for the Online & Field Sales Managers by doing 60 unique engagements in a day Run minimum 1 campaign each day to reach out to existing leads in the assigned area to generate as many prospects from them Continuously improving the lead to prospect ratio, the prospect to demo ratio, the campaign success ratio and the overall revenue potential of the prospects on a month on month basis Making every prospect experience the product and continuously improving the number of apps / applications experienced per prospect on a month on month basis. Daily minimum 2-4 mobile app installations and 2 trial installation of desktop solutions are expected Understand the importance of accurate data and follow the systems and processes, utilize the CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in the CRM for all the leads and prospects engagements
