We are hiring an Online Reputation Manager for our PropTech firm based in Noida. Internship - Online Reputation Intern- (Minimum 3 months) Responsibilities: Analyze reputation factors and measure brand reputation . Create an amazing client experience by providing positive content via email, posts, and tweets. Contribute to the brand’s excellent reputation by regularly reviewing information about our products and services from different outlets, including search engines, social media and communities, blogs, and forums Examine the facts surrounding social media (negative) comments to provide positive and professional responses Recognize possible negative situations and crises and use conflict resolution concepts to solve issues Location: Noida (Work from office - Nearby candidates are preferred) Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or Result Awaiting Freshers can apply.
