JOB in Mumbai only Role : Monitor all forms of media Screen phone calls Assist with mailings, print production Create interview preparation materials Compile contact lists Create or update databases Interact with guests and clients Copy-editing and proof reading articles and other web content. Finding and developing new ideas for web content. Taking inventory Materials inspection Data entry Managing budgets Coordinate with attendees Provide support to social media efforts Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more Cost/benefit analysis Make forecasts and projections based on existing industry data. Gather data through interviews and/or field observation Set up experimental facilities Scheduling Research ensuring quality control of research researching markets to identify opportunities for events liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event Budgeting incoming and outgoing money Writing proposals that could attract money, including applications for grants Preparing and giving presentations Liaising with the fundraising team Overseeing events and campaigns Organize the program Write reports on the program for management and for funders Requirements : EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL, RESEARCH, AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS GRACE UNDER PRESSURE AND GOOD JUDGMENT IN SENSITIVE SITUATIONS PEOPLE SKILLS EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS GOOD PRESENTATION AND REPORTING SKILLS ABILITY TO WORK IN TEAMS. SHOULD BE MARKETING/BUSINESS OR LANGUAGE MAJORS OF EXPERIENCE ON THE WEB GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF YOUTH MARKETS.
