Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients based on provided leads, introducing them to our lending services, and discussing their financial needs. 2.Client Engagement: Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, actively listening to their requirements, addressing questions, and providing accurate information about our lending products. 3.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our lending products, interest rates, repayment terms, and any special promotions to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. 4. Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to assess the suitability of our lending solutions for each client's unique financial situation, identifying the most appropriate options. 5.Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for outbound calls, lead conversion, and successful lending applications. Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead status, and progress.
