We are looking to hire a Fleet Operations Intern who can work closely with our contract drivers to maximize efficiency and deliver the highest possible level of service to our customers. The successful candidate will closely monitor fleet performance and keep a check on data being generated. We will provide you with all tools like Vehicle telematics data, payment systems, report etc to streamline the process.You will also be responsible for meeting regularly with drivers, dispatchers and maintenance team members to discuss ways to meet or exceed corporate revenue goals.\r\n\r\nRoles & Responsibilities:-\r\nOffer guidance to contracted drivers on the best ways to maximize their earnings, while delivering a high level of customer service\r\nEnsure that all drivers understand the operating protocols of the company and work around it.\r\nCollaborate with human resources and marketing to add quality contracted drivers to the fleet\r\nWork closely with the maintenance team to find ways to reduce downtime due to repairs or lack of routine maintenance\r\nCollecting charging data, vehicle telematics, payments data and other important data on a daily basis.\r\nAnalyse data and suggest processes to improve efficiency.
