Some of the key responsibilities include: v Vendor Management - This includes meeting and managing existing and new vendors. This is important as they form a crucial part of our stakeholders. This also provides a terrific opportunity to build your network. v Manpower Management - It involves carrying out our recruitment cycles, leading the induction programme and effectively working with and managing the workforce in events. This provides immense experience and opportunity in team building management. v Project Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders in the project and servicing all their needs. Will help in building your negotiation skills and thinking on your feet. v Generalist - Should be able to fit in any role that the company assigns him/her. v Needs to be well versed with Microsoft Excel & Google Spread Sheets.
