Operations Intern

Tickete is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and operations within the travel industry. As a Customer Operations Intern, you will support our Customer Operations in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from booking to travel completion. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat. Provide information and guidance on travel products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members as needed. Booking Management: Support the processing and management of travel bookings. Ensure accuracy and completeness of booking details in the system. Assist in coordinating changes, cancellations, and special requests. Operational Support: Help monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews. Assist in maintaining and updating customer records and databases. Support the preparation and analysis of customer service reports and metrics. Catalogue Management: Assist in maintaining and updating Tickete's travel product catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for flights, hotels, and travel packages. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that all offerings are correctly listed and optimized for customer discovery and booking. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
