Roles and Responsibilities: • Calling the Inactive Panelists/Customers from the Database • Understand the reason from the panelists for not responding to surveys • Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis • Generating reports as and when required • Should be able to answer customer questions and provide information about products, services, and company policies
