Key responsibilities:\r\n\r\n1. Develop a deep understanding of our product and the value it drives for our customers. Essentially become a product expert/SME.\r\n2. Provide personalized product demos to the customers.\r\n3. Provide onboarding to customers including training, monitoring & driving adoption, and getting product feedback.\r\n4. Builds strong customer relationships.\r\n5. Participate in and give product webinars.\r\n6. Work closely with the Sales and Product team.
