Experience in handling Wordpress/Joomla/PHP Projects â— Experience in interacting with international clients. â— Managing client portfolio and providing technical support â— Focus on strategic customers as a member of Enterprise Monkey team â— Developing and updating websites/applications for existing as well as new clients â— Ensuring technical information & recommendation addressing customer requirements accurately â— Working with peers in service & support to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled â— Processing escalated/ complex cases sent by customers â— Identifying customers concerns and address to internal team â— Strong analytical and problem solving skills â— Ability to prioritize and handle multiple client/ partners, tasks and projects concurrently â— Prior experience in software programming/debugging
