The intern will gain practical experience in administration and general office duties such as Meet and greet clients, Answer telephone, direct calls and take messages. Record inbound and outbound post. Provide services including photocopying and emailing to the public. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following, reception work, general correspondence. On completion the intern will have attained skills in prioritising work to meet deadlines and Organisation Skills. They will also have acquired a good knowledge in some aspects in payroll and Microsoft Office Package.
