Responsibilities: • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and onboarding • Identify and engage with top-notch candidates • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and requirements • Craft captivating job postings that will have candidates lining up at our door • Utilize cutting-edge recruitment tools and strategies to uncover hidden gems • Provide exceptional candidate experience, ensuring each interaction is seamless and memorable • Maintain records and data to optimize our recruitment efforts Requirements: • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. • We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, recruitment, recruitment consulting, employee engagement, selection, and excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is a must. • The ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
