We are offering you a purely marketing profile, where you need to fill in the demand and supply gap instead of making cold calls like a parrot or instead of going door to door. The only quality we are looking, is the passion to succeed in Real Estate and the will to work hard. This is for 3 month internship,After successful candidate will be join for our company as a direct employee with fixed salary Minimum Educational Qualification : Class XII ( B.E,B.TECH,MBA are not eligible.) We have tie-ups with leading developers of Kolkata, and have a presence in resale properties and lease like office leasing, rental solutions for corporate, etc. We also have tie ups with corporates like TATA Steel, ITC Ltd, Graphite India, JustDial, Mecon, SBI, etc for their real estate solutions, be it office leasing, or employee residence, or a Joint Venture Project. We have our office in 1/18A Rupchand Mukherjee Lane, Bhowanipore, Kolkata 700025. Our office is conveniently located near Bhowanipore Police Station, beside Asutosh College, and is a 2 minute walk from Jatin Das Park Metro Station. Well connected to both south and central kolkata. Buses to Howarh, Sealdah, Salt Lake, are also available from the office location, easier commute for the employees.
