We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainees and undergraduates to join our team as Survey Interviewers. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with CEOs, founders, and business owners of SMEs and startups. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data collection, research, and HR practices, while contributing to one of India’s largest research studies on HR practices. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interviews with CEOs, founders, and business owners of SMEs and startups. - Administer a structured survey consisting of 8-10 questions designed to capture insights into HR challenges, practices, and perceptions. - Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of responses during interviews. - Manage and schedule interview appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to deadlines. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with high-level executives. - Participate in periodic team meetings to share progress, challenges, and insights. - Collaborate with the research team to develop case studies and reports based on survey findings.
