Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our target audience as well as sales & marketing channels while learning about various operations. Your work may include conducting market research preparing promotional presentations, identifying business opportunities, monitoring social platforms, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, conducting market analysis, and assisting the Sales & Marketing department wherever possible. Responsibilities • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback. • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, online promotion, and social media content. • Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral. • Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels. • Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks. • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and webinars. • Liaising with prospects, clients, and/or vendors on behalf of the company's managers. • Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires Skills and Requirements • Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree course related to Marketing and/or Sales, Business, Communications or similar field • Successful completion of introductory courses in sales, marketing, business, or equivalent • Excellent demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Tools which further means proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software • Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
