DESCRIPTION * Come and work in an exciting young startup in the realestate software industry ! * We are a working with the top developers and builders in India, talk to us and find out more ! * Our customers having 1-10 properties all over India. * We are growing fast and we are looking for motivated and trust people to join this wild roller coast ride. * We are looking for someone who has Language Skills, experience in fluent English, Hindi and we want to grow in the field of Marketing & Sales. Responsibilities • You will be in charge of the onboarding the Tier-1, 2 & 3 developers in Indian markets process. This means fixing an appointment with the customers through the process of submitting all like PPT, explaining about the product in a brief and fixing an appointment with the higher management. • In addition to that you will handle all incoming communication with the team via phone and email. Sometimes a meet in person (if it is needed) • At any time, we expect you to search for efficient and scalable ways of doing things (working with shortcuts, templates, macros, knowledge base, etc). • The goal is to constantly improve by building sustainable technology solutions that keep customer satisfaction high. • Your most important metrics will be here the customer satisfaction rating and average time spent in on-boarding queue.
