Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Inside Sales through Leads generation. prospecting and qualifying leads. Market research. Data and customer analysis Preparing Call Script Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls and cold emails to prospects, and qualify them, thus converting enough new business links to meet the monthly quota. Generate sales through cold/ warm calling as well as emailing current and prospective customers. Route qualified opportunities to the concerned sales manager for further development and closure. Achieve and/or exceed the defined targets. Understand customer needs and requirements. Maintain and build CRM data to build a predictable sales model.
